Jocelyn Kelly is a graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Creative Writing. Her debut novel, It Had to be Me, was self published in May of 2025.
Jocelyn lives in Hamilton, OH with her husband, daughter, son, and two dogs. She is a manager for a family business and an avid hobbyist. She spends her free time finding more activities to fill her free time.
